IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd has appointed RMI Co., Ltd REIT Manager, Kasikorn Asset Management Co., Ltd (KAsset) Trustee, Maybank Kim Eng Securities (Thailand) PCL Financial Advisor, and IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd Property Manager. RMI Co., Ltd. has filed for the approval with the Thai Securities and Exchange Commission to set up “IMPACT GROWTH REIT”, the real estate investment trust, to invest in freehold assets of IMPACT Muang Thong Thani projects including IMPACT Arena, IMPACT Challenger, IMPACT Forum, and IMPACT Exhibition Center. Established in 1999, IMPACT Arena, Exhibition, and Convention Center is an integrated venue offering a diversity of events with versatile facilities and services. IMPACT is one of Asia’s largest and most modern exhibition and convention centers with a usable indoor space over 140,000 square meters, comprising a variety of venue sizes to meet all types of event requirements

Jupiter Room - The Royal Jubilee Ballroom is complemented by 16 equally elegantly decorated smaller Jupiter function rooms, each with 88 to 214 square-meters of space, perfect for breakout sessions, seminars, product launches, trainings, breakfast briefings, luncheons, dinners, functions and parties.

Sapphire Rooms - 101-124 with a floor space of about 500 square-meters each are perfect for conference breakout sessions, breakfast briefings, luncheons, dinners and organizers’ functions. Six Sapphire rooms are located next to the Grand Diamond Ballroom and twenty four smaller Sapphire rooms are available just one level below for supporting conference activities.

Venus Room - IMPACT invests more than 100 million baht for the expansion of Exhibition Hall 1. The investment results in the addition of four brand new meeting rooms at IMPACT Exhibition Hall 1, called “Venus” named after the success of the Challenger Hall 1-3 as well as a multi-purpose room. Each of these four rooms boasts approximately 170 sq meters of usable space, and room 3-4 can be
converted into a larger space by a dividable wall, bringing the total number of 55
meeting rooms.
